September 2026
A first look at Eaux Claire
The design for Three Robins Eaux Claire was finalized this fall: 131 rental suites over six storeys at 151 Avenue and 97 Street, with a light-filled main floor built entirely around community. It is the first new 55+ community north of 118 Avenue in a decade.

Late October 2026
Breaking ground
Shovels go in the ground at the end of October 2026. We will celebrate with neighbours, partners, and our team, and share photos here as soon as the dirt starts moving.
November 2026
Our first community social
Our monthly socials begin in late November 2026. Come meet the team, see the plans, and ask anything over coffee. Suite reservations open after the third social.

The show suite opens
About 90 days before move-in, the show suite opens so you can walk through a finished home, see the finishes up close, and sign your lease.
