Three Robins Eaux Claire offers 131 rental suites across six storeys: a limited number of studios and one-bedrooms, spacious two-bedroom suites (many with a den), and four penthouses.
What suite types and sizes are available?
Studios from 553 sq ft, one-bedrooms from 701 to 738 sq ft, two-bedrooms from 760 to 1,378 sq ft, and penthouses from 1,198 to 1,880 sq ft. Most homes are two-bedroom suites.
What is included in the monthly rent?
Monthly rent includes access to all shared amenities, the on-site team, and 24-hour emergency call. Optional support services such as housekeeping and meal options are available à la carte, so you only pay for what you use.
Do you allow pets?
Yes. Three Robins is pet-friendly by design, with companions welcome throughout the building. Our team can walk you through the current pet policy and any associated fees on your tour.
Is the building accessible and secure?
Yes. The building is thoughtfully designed for accessibility with secured entry, emergency pendants, wide corridors, and walker-accessible suites throughout, supported by 24-hour on-call response.
Is transportation available?
Yes. Residents share a car share program, and volunteer-driven rides to groceries and appointments are part of our Volunteer Program.
