Three Robins Eaux Claire breaks ground in late October 2026 and opens in 2028. We’re now welcoming members to our Priority Access list, the first to choose their suite and floor.

We’re located at 151 Avenue and 97 Street in North Edmonton, a short walk from the Eaux Claires Transit Centre and close to the shops and services along the 97 Street corridor. Reach out and we’ll share full directions.

Construction is just beginning, so building tours aren’t available yet. In the meantime we offer virtual tours and video appointments, and our monthly community socials are a chance to meet the team, view the plans and renderings, and ask anything over coffee. Reach out and we’ll save you a spot.

131 suites across six storeys, from a 553 sq. ft. studio to penthouses of up to 1,880 sq. ft. Most homes are spacious two-bedroom suites, many with a den, plus a limited number of studios and one-bedrooms. Explore them all on our Suites & Floor Plans page.

Suites are designed to be walker friendly, with wider doorways and lever handles, and an on-site home care office lets you add support as your needs change. Three Robins is built to stay. You won’t need to move.

Yes. There are 94 heated underground stalls and 16 surface stalls, plus storage lockers in the parkade and on each floor, each available for a monthly fee.

Your rent includes access to all of the shared amenities, the on-site team, and 24-hour emergency call. Housekeeping and home care are available à la carte, so you only pay for what you use. Volunteer 10 or more hours a month and save $200 on your monthly rent.

The main floor offers 17,438 sq. ft. of shared space: a two-storey entry, demonstration kitchen and community dining room, theatre and party room, games lounge, crafts and fabric arts studio, exercise and movement studio, and hobby shop, plus package lockers and a home care office. A full calendar of resident clubs runs through every week.

Priority Access is our pre-opening interest list. Members are the first to choose their suite and floor, the first invited to our info sessions, and the first to hear about availability and events.

Reservations open after our third community social. Inquire: email us and we’ll send plans and social dates. Connect: join a community social or a video appointment to view the plans and meet the team. Reserve: choose your suite with a $100 reservation fee. Leases are signed when the show suite opens, about 90 days before move-in.
